Technical Implementation Specialist reporting to the
Manager Technical Implementations you will play a critical role in configuring and implementing our AI-driven platform to enable our customers success. You will partner closely with the professional services team throughout the entirety of the customer lifecycle and be responsible for managing all data-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical fluency - especially in data analysis querying and ETL.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Work directly with our customers to discover data assets and work to integrate them into our platform
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define technical requirements for implementations
- Configure our platform to meet the needs of the customer
- Build automated ETL workflows to enable repeatable and high quality data ingestion
- Utilize modern data tools like PySpark and Snowflake to explore and troubleshoot issues with ETL data ingestion or system configuration
- Utilize our platform to ensure smooth weekly data deliveries
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system processes and drive scalability
- Configure and deploy solutions that integrate with customers existing systems ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during implementation phases to resolve technical challenges
- Uphold security protocols to protect data integrity and comply with industry standards
WHAT YOU BRING- Required Experience with data migration and ETL tools
- Required Experience utilizing large data technologies such as PySpark and Snowflake
- Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools (e.g. Veeva Vault Salesforce) and standards
- Technical skills:
- Required Strong proficiency in programming (e.g. Python SQL) database management and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS)
- Additional skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
