Base salary range for Reliability Engineerbetween $74152 and $92128 annually

At our facility inNiagara Fallsyou can develop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise within thePackaging team as the Reliability Engineer:

Analyze maintenance data to create monthly statistics for unplanned break-ins and shutdowns.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for unplanned downtime greater than 180 minutes or downtime for malfunctions that have happened repeatedly.
Create action plans for corrections.
Lead and train others in different RCA practices.
Work with production on risk analysis from the most critical production functional locations to improve Preventative Maintenance (PM).
Update PM plans according to feedback from maintenance technicians and area maintenance Team Leaders.
Create PM plans using Systems Applications for Products (SAP) with the help of area maintenance leads.
Work with Line Centric Teams and the planning department to help facilitate improvement projects.
Support the predictive maintenance program (Vibration Ultrasound and Oil analysis).

Must have bachelors degree in Industrial Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field of study as well as 18 months of post-baccalaureate work experience as an industrial mechanical maintenance process or manufacturing engineer in a plant environment which experience shall include the following:
- - 1 year of experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA);
  - 1 year of experience with predictive maintenance with vibration ultrasound and oil analysis; and
  - 1 year of experience with Systems Applications for Products (SAP); and
  - 1 year of experience with analyzing maintenance data
