About You
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service or a similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues
- Able to adapt quickly work under pressure and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic about growing your career and learning across different outlets
- Reliable self-motivated and solutions-focused with a can-do attitude
- Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Full working rights in Australia
About the Role
- Provide exceptional service to guests across a variety of F&B settings ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish
- Support Mini Bar operations ensuring stock is maintained presented and delivered efficiently
- Assist with In-Room Dining (IRD) service delivering orders promptly and with attention to detail
- Step in to support other F&B outlets when business demands it maintaining consistency in service standards
- Set up tables event materials and service areas while ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards anticipating and responding to their service needs
- Follow all company and safety procedures; report maintenance needs accidents injuries and unsafe conditions to management
- Maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets at all times
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
