Position Summary:
- Assist with the restaurant service period tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
- Assist with the Club Lounge service period tending bar and serving food to guests fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance
- Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly
- Assist with the preparation of event & meeting spaces tending bar and serving platters of food.
- Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
About You:
