Description forMetal Shop Supervisor:
- Able to manage shifting priorities
- Cross-functional with scheduling engineering and production leadership.
- Responsible for ensuring fabrication output meets quality
- Manage output and quality of fabricated products.
- Assign work based on schedules equipment capacity and employee skill sets.
- Verify employee hours for payroll and job costing.
- Monitor schedules and product flow to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
Details forMetal Shop Supervisor:
- Pay:$30-36 per hour
- Schedule: M-F
- Shift Hours: 6am-2:30pm
Requirements forMetal Shop Supervisor:
- 3-5 years of supervisor experience
- Must have had direct reporting
