Staffing Dispatch Manager

Location:St Louis MO (On-Site)

Schedule:Full Time M-F 8-5 (On-Call Rotation)

What Youll Do

As aStaffing Dispatch Manager you will:

Lead and support the statewide staffing and scheduling team to ensure care aligns with client care plans
Manage coverage challenges including unstaffed shifts call-offs and scheduling changes
Monitor attendance and tardiness trends collaborating with HR and field leadership to improve accountability
Ensure compliance with all state federal and corporate requirements for scheduling and care delivery
Promote Elara Carings mission while maintaining HIPAA compliance and privacy standards

What Were Looking For

Education:High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
Experience:
- At least 2 years in a fast-paced office environment required
- Extensive experience in health care setting preferred
- Supervisory or scheduling/dispatch management experience strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Skilled in de-escalation conflict resolution and customer service
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with MS Office (Teams Excel) databases and scheduling software (experience with AlayaCare a plus)
- Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred

Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and high personal accountability
