Position Title: Vice President Recruiting & Staffing
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary
The VP of Recruiting & Staffing provides executive leadership across Allied Reliabilitys direct hire and contract staffing businesses. This role drives sales growth and fulfillment excellence ensuring that revenue targets are achieved through strong pipeline development strategic account development customer satisfaction and high-performing delivery teams. The VP serves as a key member of the leadership team partnering with the CEO and CFO on financial planning strategic accounts and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across direct hire and contract staffing.
- Partner with Strategic Account Executives and SDRs to drive lead generation qualification and conversion.
- Oversee pricing strategy contract negotiations and deal closing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and retention ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and grow revenue.
- Ensure recruiting and staffing teams deliver on client commitments with speed and quality.
- Partner with Contract Staffing and Direct Hire leaders to align fulfillment capacity with sales demand.
- Monitor recruiter productivity time-to-fill and onboarding accuracy to protect revenue streams.
- Lead operations to guarantee seamless onboarding payroll invoicing and compliance.
- Drive accountability for fulfillment metrics that directly impact revenue achievement.
- Lead ongoing strategy discussions with team leads (Direct Hire Contract Staffing Sales Operations).
- Align fulfillment and sales functions to meet customer demand and drive growth.
- Identify risks and opportunities adjusting priorities to sustain performance.
- Partner with Accounting on pipeline analysis forecasting receivables and commission tracking.
- P&L Accountability to ensure financial discipline and accountability in delivering against financial plans across recruiting and sales operations.
- Mentor team leads (Direct Hire Contract Staffing Sales Operations) to build strong culture and employee engagement.
- Support recruiter and sales development training to maintain high performance.
- Lead monthly Recruiting & Staffing meetings reinforcing goals recognizing and celebrating achievements.
- Provide input into annual business planning including review and finalization.
- Contribute to long-term strategy for scaling staffing operations and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business HR or related field.
- 10 years of experience in recruiting/staffing with at least 5 years in executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership pipeline management fulfillment oversight and closing deals.
- Strong financial acumen including forecasting commission oversight and vendor management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client relationships.
- Exceptional communication leadership and strategic thinking skills.
