Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Procurement Specialist Corporate Services & Vendor Management. This is a W2 Contract role located in Northbrook IL.
The reason this position exists is to provide procurement leadership and structure across multiple corporate service categories including Marketing HR Finance Legal Communications and enterprise software with our premier client. This individual will manage complex vendor relationships lead end-to-end RFPs and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment compliance and efficiency.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
Bachelors degree required.
5-10 years of procurement/vendor management experience with exposure to Marketing HR Legal Finance or enterprise software categories.
Demonstrated success leading vendor negotiations and end-to-end RFPs.
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across diverse business units.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced lean team environment with competing priorities.
Detail-oriented and comfortable managing complex multi-stage projects.
What Youll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
Develop negotiate and manage MSAs SOWs and licensing agreements across corporate service categories.
Lead RFPs and vendor negotiations for Marketing HR Finance Legal Communications and software/advisory partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities budgets and business requirements.
Partner with internal Legal Cybersecurity and Compliance to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and contract execution.
Drive process improvements within procurement to ensure efficiency compliance and visibility of spend.
Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $45 - $65 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. The salary range provided complies with applicable state and federal regulations.
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
