About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Team Lead to join our dynamic engineering this role you will be working at the core of our system shaping the product that our customers interact with every day. If youre passionate about cutting-edge technologies and thrive in a microservices-driven architecture this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining scalable high-performance applications.
- Ensuring the stability scalability and optimal performance of systems.
- Designing and developing new features using JavaScript/TypeScript with the framework for the backend and with MobX for frontend state management.
- Working with a microservices-based architecture utilizing MongoDB and Aerospike for data storage and Pulsar for queue-based communication.
- Ensuring code quality and fostering best practices in software development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Technical stack
- 3 years experience in and TypeScript.
- 3 years experience in React.
- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB.
- Experience with high-load systems.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- Experience with the framework.
- Familiarity with the MobX state management library.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills (we are a multi-national team).
What would be a bonus
- Experience with Aerospike and Pulsar.
- Familiarity with Docker Helm and Helmfile.
- Additional experience with Kubernetes.
Managerial qualities we look for
- 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and team dynamics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear communication and ability to lead and mentor less experienced team members.
