About the Role

We are seeking a new Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for welcoming external stakeholders answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate department within the branch. If successful you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support for the day-to-day operations of various departments including sales service credit and rental.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be first point of contact for any customer service enquires for branch. Both in person and over the phone.
  • Receive open process and re-direct incoming mail from all sources.
  • Providea wide range of support and assist activities for departments including Rental Sales Account Receivable and Service.
  • Ensure visitors at branch are inducted and signed in.
  • Assist with enquires regarding Short Term Rental (STR) and Long-Term Rental (LTR) fleet when required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration desirable or willing to obtain one.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Sound Computer skills
