The New Accounts Lead will:

  • Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
  • May supervise branch activities in the absence of or in conjunction with branch management team.
  • Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
  • May be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years banking or successful completion of company approved training.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking products policies and procedures.
  • Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
