The New Accounts Lead will:
- Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
- May supervise branch activities in the absence of or in conjunction with branch management team.
- Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications cross-selling of bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.
- May be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years banking or successful completion of company approved training.
- Advanced knowledge of banking products policies and procedures.
- Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
