Job Summary
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a technologistsomeone who can disrupt the status quo introduce modern testing approaches and foster collaboration within the team.
- 15 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years experience managing stakeholders and large complex testing programs
- Experience in SAP Testing with good understanding of Supply Chain Processes
- Experience in testing/test management of S/4 Hana Implementations.
- Experience in product quality and uncovering hard to find scenarios and bugs.
- Background in setting up and leading QA teams.
- Experience in QA for highly scalable distributed and high performance platforms.
- Experience in functional & performance testing.
- Excellent knowledge of QA automation methodologies processes and tools.
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering from a premier school
- Minimum 12-15 years of Work experience in a similar role preferred
- Experience in developing test plans test cases and performing testing
- Familiar with technologies like Worksoft Tosca Java SQL Scala Databases NoSQL Web Services (Rest & soap).
- Familiar with using tools to measure system and performance metrics.
- Extremely detail oriented committed to the highest quality of work youre doing
- Experience in presenting executive level briefs for business reviews forecast delivery schedules and risk mitigations
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers senior leadership and globally dispersed partners
- Deep Inquisitive mind and ability to bring in change.
