You will be accountable for program performance across contractual financial and growth objectives while driving continuous improvement and fostering a safe collaborative and high-performing culture.
Your leadership will ensure operational and practice excellence aligned with Unitings 2030 Strategy to reduce the impact of poverty trauma and disadvantage.
You will also represent Uniting on key committees influencing policy leading tenders and evaluation projects and building strong partnerships across the community and with senior stakeholders.
