The Senior Analyst Strategy & Business Operations is a critical contributor within the Strategy & Business Operations team. This role is responsible for managing execution across a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives driving business operational rhythms and supporting executive-level communications.

Responsibilities
Serve as the central program manager for a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives ensuring timelines deliverables and stakeholder alignment are tracked communicated and executed effectively.
Monitor initiative progress and performance metrics proactively identifying risks dependencies and opportunities for acceleration or course correction.
Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities acting as a connector between strategy analytics finance and operations.
Develop and maintain executive-level presentations dashboards and reporting materials that support strategic decision-making and provide visibility to senior leadership and board audiences.
Support the operational rhythm including monthly and quarterly business reviews annual planning cycles and strategic check-ins.
Support preparation of strategic communications synthesizing complex information into clear actionable insights for executive audiences.
Continuously improve operational workflows and reporting processes to enhance clarity accountability and impact across the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams tracking deliverables and maintaining accountability across complex workstreams.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to support planning execution and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelors degree required
3 years of experience in strategy and / or project management preferably in hospitality cruise or travel industries.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams tracking deliverables and maintaining accountability across complex workstreams.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to support planning execution and reporting.
Strong written and visual communication skills with the ability to craft clear compelling presentations for senior leadership.
Comfort synthesizing complex information into concise updates dashboards and strategic narratives.
Experience supporting executive-level forums including business reviews and planning sessions.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and surface actionable insights.
Experience building and maintaining reporting tools that support decision-making and performance tracking.
Ability to proactively identify risks dependencies and opportunities for process improvement.
Skilled at building relationships across departments and levels with a service-oriented mindset and proactive communication style.
Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader team goals and leadership expectations.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Companys schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday Thursday)
