Service Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with customer service inquiries
- Supporting service advisors with administrative tasks
- Coordinating vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs
- Managing inbound and outbound service calls
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience preferred
