Controlling Trainee

What you will be doing

You will work approximately20-30 hours per weekwith flexible scheduling to accommodate your studies. However well rely on your support during critical deadlines (mainly the first week of the month).

As a Trainee you will provide support in the following areas:

• Creating & maintaining dashboards/data visualizations (Excel SAP Analysis for office SAP Analytics Cloud PowerBI)
• Maintaining KPIs calculation and visualization
• Optimizing standardizing and automating reports using advanced Excel tools
• Support in preparation and distribution of business reports
• Salesforce incentives calculation and maintenance of sales incentive tool including data uploads and data checks
• Customer bonus calculation and administrative tasks related to this process (SAP).

What you bring

We are looking for a person who can offer:

• Availability to work at least 20h/week
• Minimum one year of Bachelor studies in Accounting or in a related field (e.g. Economics Finance) completed
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including VBA and PowerQuery
• PowerBI knowledge (nice to have)
• Analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of/willingness to learn SAP FI/CO module
