Project & Controlling Specialist
Your future role:
Prepare and present financial data and analysesfor projectshighlightbudget and forecast variances andidentifyrisks
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports analyses and presentations
Visualize data and trends
Maintain project status riskandissue logs and deliver status updates
Manage shared project documentation tools and templates
Facilitate project status meetings and support communication between stakeholders
Contribute to and uphold quality standards across the project team
Assess and improve processesapply best practices for projectmanagementandactivelyparticipatein change implementation
Build andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders
Provide constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders.
Applyif youhave:
Auniversity degree in FinanceProjectManagementor a related field
Have at least2years of experience infinancial controlling or project management
An ability to speak English and Polish fluently
Have good knowledge of MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Possess strong interpersonal skills and have experience working in a team
Possess strong analytical skills with high attention to details
Enjoy challenges and proactively approach your responsibilities
Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment where adaptability is key
Demonstrate time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice to have:
Experience with MS Apps Power BI
Project Management and/or other related certificate(s)
Prior experience in a corporate environment.
