Wearelooking for:

Project & Controlling Specialist

Your future role:

  • Prepare and present financial data and analysesfor projectshighlightbudget and forecast variances andidentifyrisks

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports analyses and presentations

  • Visualize data and trends

  • Maintain project status riskandissue logs and deliver status updates

  • Manage shared project documentation tools and templates

  • Facilitate project status meetings and support communication between stakeholders

  • Contribute to and uphold quality standards across the project team

  • Assess and improve processesapply best practices for projectmanagementandactivelyparticipatein change implementation

  • Build andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders

  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders.

Applyif youhave:

  • Auniversity degree in FinanceProjectManagementor a related field

  • Have at least2years of experience infinancial controlling or project management

  • An ability to speak English and Polish fluently

  • Have good knowledge of MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and have experience working in a team

  • Possess strong analytical skills with high attention to details

  • Enjoy challenges and proactively approach your responsibilities

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment where adaptability is key

  • Demonstrate time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with MS Apps Power BI

  • Project Management and/or other related certificate(s)

  • Prior experience in a corporate environment.
