Job Summary
We are looking for an analog/mixed-signal IC design engineer with in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art analog IC design & verification tools. As a member of our dynamic group you will have the rare and exciting opportunity to craft upcoming products that will delight and encourage millions of Apples customers every single AMS team works on state-of-the-art analog front-end and data converter IPs.
- Deep knowledge of transistor level design
- Knowledge of schematic design and validation methodology using Cadence Virtuoso
- Solid understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks such as ADCs DACs PLLs filters bandgap references biasing circuits LDO regulators OpAmps comparators and switched-cap circuits
- Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal design techniques such as small-signal analysis feedback loop theory and noise analysis
- Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal concepts such as stability linearity mismatch mitigation low-power and low-noise techniques
- Experience with Matlab or Python is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Currently enrolled in a Masters or PhD degree program in Electrical Engineering Physics or equivalent.
