Working Student Pricing Analytics- Outlet (mfd)

The Pricing Team is  responsible for analyzing and defining the selling and clearance prices for the entire assortment at ABOUT YOU Outlet. We manage our product ranges using KPI-driven pricing strategies and continuously work on improving all pricing processes and tools. We regularly prepare time-series forecasts and analyses and ensure optimal price setting and price optimization. Our goal is to offer all items in the online shop at competitive and attractive prices for our customers and thats where we need you!

As a Working Student Pricing Analytics - Outlet  (m/f/d) you will support the data analysis and operational pricing across the full ABOUT YOU Outlet assortment. You will also be involved in broader data-related tasks within the pricing scope.

Responsibilities

• Support operational price steering via SQL queries and develop an understanding of pricing KPIs
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate operational pricing processes improving efficiency scalability and data quality within the pricing setup
• Conduct technical analyses and investigations to understand pricing processes and platform interactions helping to identify and prevent potential price interferences across ABOUT YOU systems 
• Conduct business analysis using SQL 

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Economics Business Administration or another quantitatively oriented field
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills
• Familiarity with GitLab is a plus 
• Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical mindset and solid understanding of numbers
• A proactive reliable personality suited for a fast-paced scale-up environment
• Quick comprehension skills and a structured way of working
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• First experience in pricing controlling or analytics is a plus
