Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

In December 2024 we launched Archer Defense to develop a next-generation aircraft for both defense and civilian applications. We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of infrastructure construction projects across our Bay Area this role you will manage all phases of construction ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Reporting directly to the Head of Construction you will work closely with our infrastructure design and operations teams to translate plans into operational facilities. This includes coordinating contractors managing schedules tracking budgets and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

For this position we are targeting a base pay between $140000-$160000 Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
