This is a full-time FLSA non-exempt position reporting on site Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and directly to the Director of Human Resources. Rate of pay is $18.00 hourly.
**Will consider part-time Wednesday Thursday and Friday 24 hours/week 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. if currently enrolled in college.
You will learn processes and compliance with all facets of Human Resources including advertising ATS selection candidate qualification and selection hone interviewing skills application processing and compliance onboarding ADP HRIS system data implementation problem-solving and general to in-depth employment and records regulation compliance.
This internship is intended to lead to full-time employment for the qualified internship candidate selected.
