- Support Spa Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations
- Assist with HR functions including interviewing hiring training and scheduling
- Handle administrative tasks including filing member maintenance and data entry of client records and surveys
- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
- Effectively communicate about health and wellness membership benefits spa policies and procedures
- Outside Event marketing & social media marketing
- Ensure standards for quality customer service health and safety are met
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms common areas and break room
