Mission Technologies a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries has a great opportunity for a Facility Security Officer (FSO)atNaval Air Station Whidbey Island WA location.
In this position you will carry out the security measures necessary for implementing the security requirements of the U.S. Navy 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) government security regulations contractual security regulations and company security policies and procedures. Primary duties include the daily execution of the security program requirements as well as participation and contribution to the companys security program. Conducts security briefings and assists in administers an effective security education program. Adheres to and enforces security policies and procedures required for the classification downgrading upgrading and safeguarding of classified information at the local facility. Provide OPSEC and Insider Threat oversight and will be the COMSEC custodian for the program.
Candidate must be detail-oriented organized self-motivated and can communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Candidate must have the ability and flexibility to multitask as situations arise#LI-MA2
