Tasks

Support with customs clearance import/export: control of documents communication with the branch offices.
Preparation of customs documents e.g. export documents and communication with our customers
Contact person for customs authority and customers.
Checking compliance with legal customs regulations.
Control of export documents of our own customers

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate verballyand in writing
Ability to listen to others and understand the situation from their perspective
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
Ability to deal with problems efficiently and professionally
Mathematical and computer literacy
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
A high customer service orientation with a passion for delivering quality
Highly adaptable
