Were seeking a skilled Front-End Developer who will be responsible for working a team of creatives and marketing experts and creating technically sound high-converting landing pages and split-test variations that drive our direct-response marketing campaigns. Youre a detail-oriented frontend developer with an eye for design who understands that every element on a page can impact conversion rates. You thrive in a performance-driven environment where your work directly contributes to company success. Youre comfortable working with marketing-focused content and understand the importance of page speed and user experience in high-traffic scenarios.
This position offers the unique opportunity to be part of a specialized team launching and scaling direct-to-consumer brands in the health and wellness space. Youll work on pages that receive significant traffic and see the immediate impact of your optimization efforts on business results.
Develop fast-loading mobile-optimized landing pages for direct-response marketing campaigns
Create and implement video sales letter (VSL) pages with seamless video integration
Build split-test variations to optimize conversion rates across all brand touchpoints
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all devices
Collaborate closely with copywriters designers and media buyers within your pod team
Optimize page speed and performance to handle high-volume traffic
Implement tracking and analytics integration for campaign measurement
Maintain and update existing landing pages based on performance data
3 years of front-end development experience with an eye for design and detail
Strong proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript
Experience with version control (Git)
Familiarity with A/B testing tools methodologies and conversion optimization best practices
Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and mobile-first responsive design
Experience embedding and optimizing video for the web
Hands-on experience with analytics/tracking integrations (Google Analytics Facebook Pixel etc.)
Ability to work independently meet tight deadlines and quickly pivot as needed
Preferred
Understanding of direct-response marketing principles
Experience with modern frameworks (React or Vue)
Familiarity with landing page design best practices
