Integration Developer

Job Description

• Develop and deploy a microservice in AWS Kubernetes to serve as a shim layer between a customer engagement platform and an AI service.
• Implement the logic required to manage real-time communication and routing between platforms.
• Design and expose API endpoints handle streaming events and ensure low-latency performance.
• Ensure secure data handling including authentication authorization and compliance requirements.
• Optimize for scalability resilience and observability in a real-time interaction context.
• Write clean testable and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and platform engineers to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
• Document the microservice architecture design patterns and operational runbooks.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• Strong background in microservice/backend development (Java Python or similar).
• Proven experience deploying applications in Kubernetes (EKS Helm operators manifests CI/CD pipelines).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS API Gateway CloudWatch IAM etc.).
• Familiarity with Azure-hosted AI services and APIs.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time APIs (WebSocket streaming gRPC etc.).
• Solid understanding of cloud security data protection and compliance best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
