The Role
Were looking for a Compliance Lead to join our Legal and Compliance team. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with a strong background in compliance ideally within the SaaS or care sector. Youll play a key role in ensuring our operations remain compliant secure and aligned with best practices as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Governance
- Oversee and update internal policies and procedures
- Maintain and support compliance with key standards and frameworks
- Deliver training and awareness programmes across the business
- Support with GDPR compliance and data breach/incident response
- Support corporate governance and risk management frameworks
- Conduct internal audits
- Support supplier due diligence and ongoing compliance
- Support business continuity planning
- Contribute to external reporting and accreditation processes
- Maintain and improve compliance reporting portals
- Support Sales and Customer Success in due diligence (RFPs)
- Act as external-facing expert for customers partners and auditors
- Lead monthly compliance KPIs and reporting
- Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes to inform strategy
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in a compliance risk or governance role
- Strong understanding of standards and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in SaaS or the care sector highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Willingness to travel to Bournemouth and Bridgwater offices
