Position Summary The Ticket to Work Employment Specialist helps clients secure sustainable employment transition off benefits and navigate SSA requirements. This role emphasizes career-minded coaching not just job placement. Specialists guide clients in setting short- and long-term employment goals tracking progress and understanding how work impacts their benefits. AWIC certification is a strong plus due to the importance of benefits advisement. This role is part-time with the potential to evolve into a full-time position. Although remote you must live in Georgia and be willing to do minimal travel for beneficiary outreach events and other activities when scheduled.
