Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with experience in land development engineering and permitting. This role involves designing permitting and managing multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

Perform design and permitting for land development projects including water distribution sanitary sewer stormwater paving and grading and site layout/design.
Assist in the management of civil design teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Prepare and review plans technical reports and permit applications.
Coordinate with project managers architects and contractors to meet client requirements.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
Minimum 3 years of experience in land development engineering and permitting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and related CADD tools.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel etc.).
Florida Engineer in Training (EIT) License preferred.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
