We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Hire to Retire modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management with the ability to gather requirements create comprehensive documentation and effectively engage with business stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in training and onboarding users as well as transferring knowledge to team members and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end implementation of SAP Hire to Retire modules ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Gather analyze and document requirements from business stakeholders to create detailed specifications and functional designs.
- Create clear comprehensive and well-structured documentation to support project development and implementation.
- Engage with business users to understand their needs and provide insights for system improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to onboard business users to new processes and systems effectively.
- Transfer knowledge efficiently and effectively to team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project transitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Hire to Retire modules.
Required Skills : 3 Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management. Proven experience in at least three end-to-end implementations of SAP Hire to Retire modules. Strong proficiency in requirements gathering analysis and documentation. Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear and structured project artifacts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with business stakeholders effectively. Ability to train and onboard users to new systems and processes. Experience in knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
