Job title: Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job summary:
We seek an experienced consultant for the client ERP team to lead Oracle Cloud PPM implementations and migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PPM implementations: design configure test migrate data integrate systems and provide post-go-live support.
- Configure core modules (Project Financial Management Costing Billing Enterprise Contracts Grants Management) and automate processes for financials and reporting.
- Develop dashboards KPIs and reports using OTBI BIP FRS and Smart View; troubleshoot data issues with SQL/PL/SQL.
- Design integrations via REST/SOAP APIs or OIC; support quarterly updates with impact analysis and testing.
- Train users and optimize budgeting costing and reporting workflows.
Qualifications:
- 4 years hands-on with PPM modules (Costing Billing Grants Contracts); led 4 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong SQL/PL/SQL for data validation/migration; expertise in FBDI/ADFDI APIs ERP structures and testing (SIT/UAT/regression).
- Proven data integrity and troubleshooting across technical/functional layers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AP/AR/GL/Procurement modules.
- Jira/Git/Bitbucket experience.
- Public sector/transit background.
