Job Title: C Lead Developer
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid Local preferred)
Duration: Long Term

Overview:
Seeking an experienced C Lead Developer to drive high-performance application development for a leading retail client. The role involves hands-on coding technical leadership and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design development and optimization of C applications
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product QA DevOps)
Ensure scalability maintainability and performance tuning
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills:

8 years of C development (C11 or later)
Strong in OOP data structures algorithms
Expertise in multithreading memory management performance optimization
Experience with Linux/Unix and shell scripting
Familiarity with Git/version control
Strong leadership debugging and communication skills

Preferred:

Retail domain experience (Macys a plus)
Knowledge of CI/CD Agile DevOps
Experience in legacy modernization/migration
