Job Summary

Job Title: Desk Side Support Specialist

Location: Roseville MN

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Manage and support AHL applications and infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments.
Administer and troubleshoot IIS-hosted -based applications.
Configure and maintain secure file transfer routines within the AHL SFTP platform.
Submit and track infrastructure requests including network DNS firewall and load balancer changes.
Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests via ServiceNow (SNOW) queue or per project direction.
Collaborate with development QA and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability and performance.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Maintain documentation for systems procedures and troubleshooting guides.
Assist in patching upgrades and system migrations as part of lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Active Directory Group Policy and Windows Server administration.
Experience with PowerShell scripting or other automation tools.
Understanding of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk AppDynamics).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Mainframe and/or AS400 systems platform experience is a plus.
