Job Summary
Client Concierge Manager
The Client Concierge Managers is one of the faces of our team and one of the first to have the opportunity to make a first impression to our customers and ensure that same great first impression is carried throughout the entire transaction. This role is a blend of client management marketing event coordination and social media engagement to drive a first-class client experience and continue to strengthen our brands presence.
Job Duties to include but not limited to:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Handle client inquiries follow-ups and relationship building with a focus on exceptional service.
- Contact leads to converting them to a mortgage application.
- Collaborate with the team and Branch Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.
- Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials including customer mailers social media content creation and live events.
- Plan organize and promote events intended to enhance our Brand and make them an amazing experience for our customers and/or partners.
- Help manage social media platforms posting engaging content to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution to client appreciation items such as gift cards handwritten thank you cards.
- General office management duties.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in client relations marketing event Coordination and social media management.
- Detailed and Organized
- Proficient with CRM software social media platform and marketing tools.
- Experience in mortgage a plus.
- Experience in Canva and graphic design a plus.
