About this position:

We are eagerly seeking candidates with 12 to 18 years experience for a Generative AI Solutions Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role within theteam to individual will be responsible for AI solutioning activities for customer engagements and developing capability within Xoriant for new use cases. You will collaborate with internal teams to design develop deploy and maintain software applications at scale

Impact you will realize: Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements and identify AI solutions for proposal preparation.
• Partner with the AI CoE team to develop various repeatable use cases for demonstrating Xoriants approach to solving business problems to customers.
• Provide solution assistance to ongoing AI projects including problem definition solution development and deployment.
• Work with delivery teams to identify AI opportunities in their accounts and pursue them proactively.

Key skills you will require:

Primary Skills

• 12-18 years of experience in software industry
• Strong expertise in Generative AI Agentic AI
• Experience in Machine Learning and Data Science is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving skills for translating business questions into AI projects
• Ability to define AI business solutions with a solutioning mindset
• Experience in defining high-level architectures
• Strong experience in customer-facing roles and requirements gathering
• Prior leadership or management experience required
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience in Python
• Proficiency in Generative AI techniques: prompt engineering Vector DB LLMs (OpenAI AWS Bedrock Azure OpenAI Open-source LLMs) Vector DBs Knowledge Graphs
• Beneficial exposure to Agentic AI Advanced RAG Multi Modal LLMs
• Advantageous familiarity with designing cloud-hosted solutions
• Relevant certifications in Generative AI (Azure GCP AWS) are beneficial
