We are hiring for a Project Manager who will lead a technology development team driving the delivery of innovative new camera and spectroscopy solutions to the academic research community.
As a key leader within the Engineering Department the new project manager will work alongside technical leads in Belfast Zurich and Toronto to ensure quality feature and performance differentiation and optimal time to market of scientific solutions both physical product and software releases being developed at Andor.
The Project Manager will have:
- 3rd level qualification in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience
- 6 years of hands-on engineering experience OR 4 years of project management experience
- Experience of management or supervision of teams
- Demonstrable experience in presenting complex ideas to senior management
- Experience of all stages of project management including requirement gathering and creating detailed project plans
- Evidence of contribution to developing best practice and process
