Work Location: Waco TX
Work Schedule: Hybrid in office 1-2 days per week
Travel Requirements: 10%

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This role is a key player in our SAP S/4 HANA implementation and will leverage deep SAP expertiseparticularly in COPA MRP and Demand Planningto optimize processes across procurement logistics manufacturing and finance. Position Overview
The SAP Business Analyst will support the SAP S/4 HANA implementation and ongoing system optimization across manufacturing procurement logistics and finance functions. This role involves requirements gathering system configuration testing training and user support as well as driving process improvements and ensuring data integrity across SAP platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to gather functional requirements analyze current processes and develop functional specifications process flows and test scripts.
- Provide expert advice on SAP S/4 HANA capabilities and best practices to drive process standardization and efficiency.
- Champion the adoption of SAP processes across the organization.
- Lead system testing efforts troubleshoot issues and coordinate with corporate support teams for resolution.
- Support change management end-user training and post-implementation adoption efforts.
- Ensure compliance and data accuracy across all SAP modules.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
- Monitor system performance recommend process improvements and drive continuous optimization initiatives.
Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Administration or related field
- 6 years of SAP Business Analyst experience preferably in SAP S/4 HANA environments
- Hands-on experience with COPA MRP and Demand Planning functionality
- Strong knowledge of Procurement Supply Chain Manufacturing Finance and Logistics processes
- Experience gathering requirements writing functional specs and supporting SAP implementations
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori SAP Analytics Cloud and data analysis tools
- Strong communication problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in project management process and procedure definitions and documentations developing and implementing workflows.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and follow -through.
- This role allows for remote work flexibility with the ability to travel to Waco TX 1-2 days per week with additional travel as needed.
- SAP Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA highly preferred
- Experience working with global teams and managing cross-cultural projects
Technical Skills
The ideal candidate will possess advanced functional expertise to optimize SAP solutions and
streamline processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with tools such as Visio and Smartsheet.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Experience in designing impactful data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI tailored to support data driven decision making.
Soft Skills
