Mandatory Responsible for technical support operation passing sufficient level of
engineering advice to related sales team members and to our customers for the items
described as per below group A. (e.g. Advice on how to use our products Selecting what
models and rated capacity units are sufficient for customers usage by checking their single
line diagrams etc.)
Mandatory Responsible for coverage works of warranty operation and aftercare of field
trouble requests which shall be reported from our end-users & distribution partners for the
products which described as below Groups. (e.g. Check and make 1st judgement on customer
warranty contacts Prepare reporting documents and request factory side for its coverups
Provide quote on repair service Cooperate with our factory engineers to determine root
cause and support customers for preventing same troubles in future etc.)
Preferable Hold sufficient level of mechanical understanding and enable to check judge
and make appropriate advice to our customer and business partners questions for the
products described as per below Group B. (e.g. Advice of how to use our products Advising
wire connections and star-delta starting operations Collect information with our factory QA
team whenever any issue occur on customer side etc.)

(1) Electrical Switch Brakers
(2) Magnetic Contactors
(3) Thermal Overload Protection Relays
(4) Earth Leakage Detection Relays
(5) Air Circuit Brakers
Group B
(1) Low voltage Three-phase Induction Motors (Three phase motors 200V & 400V)
(2) Single-phase Induction Motors (Single phase motors)
(3) Gear Attached Induction Motors (Gear motors)
