Implementation Consultant (MWD)

About the role
As an Implementation Consultant you will be the technical point of contact for our customers. You will guide them through the implementation of our software solutions ensuring that their business needs are translated into effective configurations. You will work with both new and existing clients delivering value through system setup data migration training and workshops.

You will be part of a collaborative and international team working closely with colleagues across Europe. Your focus will be on the German market with occasional travel to other locations. As a market leader we also work closely with strong partners such as Planon Schneider Electric and SAP offering our customers a uniquely flexible range of solutions unmatched in the market.

Responsibilities

• Configure our software to meet customer requirements and service level agreements
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to support customer adoption
• Translate customer challenges into practical software solutions
• Deliver projects on time and within budget
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
• Stay informed about market trends and software capabilities

We are looking for someone who is energetic ambitious and motivated. You should be able to build strong relationships with clients and work constructively with colleagues. You are eager to learn and share knowledge and you have a commercial mindset that enables you to advise customers effectively.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience implementing complex software solutions for medium-sized or large companies. Experience with IWMS/CAFM is beneficial.
• A relevant bachelors degree in Business IT Information Management or Business Administration.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead presentations and workshops.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Living in or nearby Duisburg or Frankfurt.
