Job Summary

Accounts Receivable Manager

As an Accounts Receivable Manager the priority will be to maintain accurate financial records for all customer accounts with a secondary roll as back-up in the Accounts Payable / Payroll department. Experience in all areas of accounting is a huge benefit.

Tasks include:

Collections
Daily postings of payments/deposits
Reconciling Payments
Monitoring past due accounts
Processing refunds/deductions
Coordinating with Customer Service and Order Entry teams

Secondary tasks (as needed) include:

Accounts Payable
Payroll

Experience with Micrososft Navision is a benefit.
