Integrated Scheduling & Planning Level 2

Company:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Planning & Schedule Specialist (Level 2) to join our team in Long Beach CA. In this role you will be working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Supports preparation development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
• Assists with the development of program plans schedules and coordinates with affected organizations documents work statements and resulting schedules
• Supports the integration of program plans and schedules horizontally and vertically across company functional product groups suppliers and partners of moderate complexity
• Identifies and reports performance variances
• Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline

Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills / Experience)

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
• Microsoft Office experience (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Experience working with PowerBI Tableau or other business intelligence systems
• Experience conducting data analysis with Excel
• Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Smartsheet etc)
