- Serve as a key point of coordination by maintaining accurate client records CRM data and documentation ensuring a seamless client experience
- Assist with client meetings follow-ups and ongoing relationship management helping to build long-term trust and loyalty
- Proactively manage workflows deadlines and deliverables to keep plans moving efficiently and professionally

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field preferred
- Experience in client-facing or sales support roles
- Prior experience in financial or insurance services including life annuities and long-term care (preferred)
- Proven ability to build strengthen and maintain client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time-management and attention to detail
- Self-motivated proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset
