CO-OP START-UP MARKETING ASSOCIATE
The Role:
Fidelity Labs is seeking a Co-Op Start-Up Marketing Associate to join our Commercialization
and Business Operations this role youll support marketing brand awareness and
event operations to help drive visibility and positioning for Fidelity Labs in the start-up
ecosystem.
The Responsibilities:
Lead logistics and planning for internal and external meetings and events (i.e.
sponsorships conferences and workshops with current and prospective clients)
managing operations budgets timelines and more.
Develop and manage organic and paid media campaigns liaising with agency partners
and product vendors needed.
Assist with audio production public relations and other content initiatives.
Own and manage Labs branded swag collateral and event materials.
Support additional marketing and operational projects as needed in partnership with
Labs Communications team and MarOps team.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Current senior-year undergraduate student ideally in Marketing Communications
Business or related field.
Strong project management communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects with attention to detail.
Experience in product marketing or brand awareness campaigns preferred.
Self-starter with a passion for technology products and financial services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

The base salary range for this position is $20 - $32 per hour.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
