Schedule: Wednesday - Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
South High Primary Care is a unique environment that provides care to both adult and pediatric populations. The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit a strong commitment to adult patient care alongside a genuine passion for working with pediatric patients. They will be a self-starter comfortable with a fast pace and have excellent communication skills . They should possess a thorough understanding of the unique needs of each group as well as demonstrate strong clinical knowledge in adult mental health crisis intervention community resources and specific barriers this population faces.

Job Description:
- Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team and provides Clinical Medical Social Work services to patients and their families to improve or maintain social emotional functional and physical health.
- Provides consultation education and training to staff regarding psychosocial issues that impact the delivery of optimal health care services.
- Participates in the development and delivery of education research and continuous quality improvement.
Education Requirement:
MSW required.
Licensure Requirement:
LSW required.
LISW preferred.

Experience:
2 years clinical social work experience preferred.
