JOB SUMMARY:
Were looking for a Data Services Coordinator to support our MLS Data Services this role youll manage incoming Salesforce cases translate them into Jira tickets and ensure theyre tracked through resolution. Youll be the key point of contact for keeping stakeholders informed and workflows running smoothly.
What Youll Do:
Intake and triage Salesforce cases into actionable Jira tickets
Ensures accurate case-to-ticket translation
Assign tickets to the right product lines and teams
Monitor ticket/case progress providing updates and escalating when needed
Keep stakeholders informed with timely communication on status and timelines
Contribute to improving workflows and reporting processes
What Were Looking For:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint; SharePoint experience a plus)
12 years experience with Salesforce Jira or similar systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
