Responsibilities
- Develop maintain and update corporate-level policies and standards to align with strategic objectives regulatory requirements and business needs
- Act as the gatekeeper for the Internal Control Framework to draft and revise the policies as well as ensure policy accuracy consistency and timely updates
- Manage stakeholder engagement for policy approvals workflows and effective communication and distribution within the Corporation
- Oversee policy administration including version control archiving and accessibility
- Support compliance and assurance activities including the Annual Compliance process advisory reviews and staff training on policy interpretation and implementation
- Monitor regulatory changes and market practices to proactively recommend policy updates
Requirements
- Degree in Law / Compliance / Risk Management / Business or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years experience in corporate compliance and policy management
- Proven experience in drafting revising and administering corporate policies
- Solid knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory frameworks and corporate governance best practices
- Proficiency in document management systems and policy administration tools
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with excellent analytical communication and report writing skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English with preferred proficiency in Chinese
