Job Description
Join NACCHOs collaborative HR team and gain exposure across the full HR lifecycle. This hands-on role will see you supporting recruitment onboarding contracts L&D WHS and HR systems. Youll also help shape processes streamline systems and contribute to initiatives that support our people and culture.
What youll do:
- Coordinate onboarding offboarding contracts and checks
- Manage the HR inbox and maintain HRIS records
- Support recruitment training and L&D activities
- Assist with HR policy processes and WHS initiatives
