Modivcare is looking for an experienced Business Operations Analyst II to join our this role you will play a vital part in enhancing operational efficiency optimizing business processes and delivering data-driven insights across our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) operations. You will combine analytical expertise with a practical understanding of service workflows to improve outcomes for members clients and transportation providers.
Collects analyzes and interprets operational and financial data to uncover trends issues and opportunities.
Develops dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including trip completion rates on-time performance call center metrics and cost efficiency.
Provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership to inform operational decisions.
Maps evaluates and optimizes end-to-end business processes including scheduling dispatching provider management and member support.
Identifies operational gaps or inefficiencies and recommends solutions for improvement or automation.
Partners with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
Collaborates with IT Finance and Operations on system enhancements and special projects.
Supports the rollout of new tools and technologies including testing and documentation.
Documents requirements workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment on solutions.
Supports client-facing teams with reporting compliance documentation and insights.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field required.
Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in business analysis operations analysis or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actionable recommendations.
Well-organized with strong documentation and time-management skills.
Experience in transportation healthcare logistics or NEMT preferred.
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) call center platforms or scheduling systems preferred.
Lean Six Sigma or process improvement training/certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Comfortable in a fast-paced evolving environment with a focus on service quality and customer experience.
Salary: $70000 - $80000
