Operations Analyst II

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Business Operations Analyst II to join our this role you will play a vital part in enhancing operational efficiency optimizing business processes and delivering data-driven insights across our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) operations. You will combine analytical expertise with a practical understanding of service workflows to improve outcomes for members clients and transportation providers.

This role

• Collects analyzes and interprets operational and financial data to uncover trends issues and opportunities.

• Develops dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including trip completion rates on-time performance call center metrics and cost efficiency.

• Provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership to inform operational decisions.

• Maps evaluates and optimizes end-to-end business processes including scheduling dispatching provider management and member support.

• Identifies operational gaps or inefficiencies and recommends solutions for improvement or automation.

• Partners with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.

• Collaborates with IT Finance and Operations on system enhancements and special projects.

• Supports the rollout of new tools and technologies including testing and documentation.

• Documents requirements workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment on solutions.

• Supports client-facing teams with reporting compliance documentation and insights.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field required.

• Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in business analysis operations analysis or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actionable recommendations.

• Well-organized with strong documentation and time-management skills.

• Experience in transportation healthcare logistics or NEMT preferred.

• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) call center platforms or scheduling systems preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement training/certification preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced evolving environment with a focus on service quality and customer experience.

Salary: $70000 - $80000
