Responsibilities:
1. Application Management & Support
- Manage the lifecycle of business-critical applications especially related to e-commerce system (configuration updates patches)
- Perform hands-on configuration updates and patching of e-commerce systems to ensure optimal performance security and functionality
- Provide user support and/or training for key applications (e-commerce system CRM Braze CDP etc)
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with vendors or internal teams
- Coordinate with developers and provide technical support
- Work with the team for release deployment
- Develop and maintain documentation related to applications and processes
2. IT Project Management
- Actively participate in E-commerce-related change requests and projects (e.g. system implementations upgrades migrations) and report to the IT Team Lead
- Coordinate with stakeholders (IT team business units vendors) to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor project progress and manage risks and/or issues proactively
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
3. Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions
- Work with stakeholders to analyze existing processes and recommend system enhancements
- Gather and document requirements for system changes or new implementations
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate feedback loops
4. System Integration & Data Management
- Assist with integration between applications (e.g. APIs middleware)
- Ensure data integrity across systems
- Support data migration and transformation tasks during system changes
5. Governance & Compliance
- Ensure systems comply with IT policies standards and regulatory requirements
- Support audits access control and data protection activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science IT or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of E-commerce application development is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather analyze and interpret requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with CMS systems such as ContentStack Salesforce CMS Salesforce Commerce Cloud etc. would be an advantage
- Experience in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery JSON AJAX XML and cross-browser techniques
- Familiar with working with APIs in application development
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with mobile applications and associated technologies
- Deep understanding and experience with web and internet standards
- Working knowledge of image optimization and SEO is advantageous
