Portfolio Financial Management: Assist Sr financial Manager in tracking forecasting and create reporting across the Finance & ERPM portfolio.
Resource Planning & Challenge Function: Act as a financial gatekeeper evaluating resource requests and ensuring alignment with available funding or identifying paths to secure additional funds.
Governance & Reporting: Support the Director Portfolio Delivery in providing accurate and timely financial insights reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Experience in financial analysis project control or portfolio coordination within a large complex organization.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas financial modeling graphs).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Clarity MS Project JIRA). Knowledge on Clarity data management (e.g. Spotfire reports is a plus)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI excel) is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
